• Minimum height:
• Soldier (GD): 5 ft 6 in / 167.5 cm
• Military Police: 5 ft 8 in / 173 cm
• Clerk & Cook: 5 ft 3 in / 160 cm
• Chest expansion:
• At least 78 cm (31 in) with a 5 cm spread on deep breath (for most trades)
• Nationality & gender:
• Male citizens of Pakistan (including Azad Kashmir & Gilgit‑Baltistan) only
• Marital status:
• Normally unmarried at enrolment (some trades, e.g. sanitary worker, may allow married applicants)

• Fitness & health:
• Pass Army running, push‑up, and medical tests; normal vision (6/6) without color‑blindness
• Weight proportional to height/BMI, no chronic illnesses or criminal record
• Documents you’ll need on test day:
• CNIC/B‑Form, original & copies of educational certificates, domicile, father’s CNIC copy, four passport photos
